Performance Workshop 1

The Performance Workshop will be run by Head Coach, Mel Mansfield.

Mel has been Wasps Netball VNSL Head Coach since 2018 to date.  She is also Head of UN Netball Performance Programme.  She has won 2 x NSL titles 2017/18, 6 x NSL finals;  4 x BUCS titles & reigning champs

Please note: This workshop is targeted at anyone aged 12 to 16 years old that play regularly in club /county or regional teams. It is not suitable for beginners.

Every participant will recieve an email with a voucher code for one FREE Net-a-thon T-Shirt. These will be available for collection on the day.

Additional Covid measures include:

• Regular breaks for hand sanitisation and equipment cleaning
• No sharing of water bottles
